We have partnered directly with Carlos Pola through our coffee supplier Origin, to create an entirely bespoke coffee, just for our coffee-loving customers.

As a third-generation coffee producer and avid cook, Carlos draws inspiration from barbecue techniques for his coffee processing. He designed the drying beds at San Antonio using custom mesh fabric and string to create an optimal airflow bed surface. Beneath the beds, he layers dried coffee pulp, enhancing the coffee's aroma during sun drying.

Carlos Pola is a pioneer in coffee processing, blending his international textile background with innovative agricultural techniques. With a deep understanding of customer requirements, social compliance, and staff wellbeing, Carlos has meticulously organized his farm. Unlike traditional square planting, he renovates the farm by planting coffee trees in rows on hilly terrain, similar to Brazil, ensuring efficient water and nutrient conservation.
